I started doing v shred w/ my fiance about 7 weeks ago. It is a pretty well rounded body weight training regimen. I need to hone in on proper stretching and diet, but we are both seeing and feeling results that could be majorly beneficial for next season

My co worker has lots of old school tactics he has shared with me. He wears Micky mouse boots when stand hunting. He swears by them for short hauls, but there is really no tread for hiking
